Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

MangaVerse complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and promptly removes content when properly notified.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our service, please notify our copyright agent as required by the DMCA.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice with us, your notification must include the following information (consult legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the alleged infringer of your claim and provide them with a copy of your notice.
